Entrevista
It was a fun process. Initial timed google doc with about 8-9 questions. How do you handle change, why do you want to be a health coach, etc. Then upload a 60 sec video of why you want to join the Noom Team. Next was a 10 minute zoom video chat and a 45 minute 'mock interview'. Again a google doc. 'Mock client' had a lot going on and had low self-esteem. Keep your health coaching to MI, reflections and affirmations. Finally, a zoom interview with a HC Manager. Process took about two weeks. A positive experience. Have fun with it!!!

After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Entrevista
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
