The interview process is exactly how it's described in most reviews here. For me, it lasted about two weeks from the day I submitted the application to the day I received my offer. I felt that what the company was looking for in the situational interview components was a display of genuine empathy and the ability to really listen to and get to know the client. Lean on your training/instincts when it comes to recommendations and just be yourself. The mock coaching scenario was a woman who was extremely busy and needed support with her goal; nothing too hard. The 1:1 was very conversational and informative. The coach I spoke with really helped me get a good feel of the company while she got to know me outside of my resume. Overall, I think this was a very thorough yet enjoyable interview experience. You can tell the company really cares about who they hire. Best wishes!
