It was a little extensive pre-interview. Along with a resume, had to submit a video, a mock coach session, all before speaking to someone. I spent a lot of time tweaking my resume to their specifics, making a funny video about myself, and the mock coaching session came blind without any idea what you were about to do. And no-one ever spoke to me, I was just told in an email they could only hire one, and went with the other person. I'm a true believer that you can t really get to know someone until you speak with them. Disappointed. Felt like it was a good fit for me.

Lengthy wait time from interview to hire date, amounting to a sudden request to start earlier than stated. Proved to be similar experience after actually working there - mixed information, indecision and often back peddling.
