Entrevista
Applied online and submitted a cover letter and resume. After that I received an email informing me that I was invited to online interview through Hirevue. During the online interview you were prompted with a question, have a minute to read it and think and then there is a count down to let you know when the camera will start recording you answering the question. Most of the time you have about 3 minutes to answer, but I only look about 1 minute to answer. The online interview took about 20 minutes. It Nordstrom likes what they in your online interview they will ask you to come in for an in person interview. I was away at school so I did an over the phone interview. The phone interview took about 40 minutes. I also had to a mock sale over the phone.
Great!! It wasn’t too difficult at all the interview process was super smooth it was on higher view so it was virtual which I had never done but it definitely was a good change that I needed and it was great experience.

I got an email to come in for the on site interview. The first round, they ask you behavioral questions and few challenging questions. Then I moved to a different room where I had to do on spot sales.
