The initial phone screen with HR was very brief. Was told the team was excited to meet me. The next interview was a video call. Some red flags were raised with how busy the team seemed and the rejection of a content audit on a knowledge migration project. The IA of their internal kb needed a lot of help but it seemed like they weren't open to an actual content migration strategy (given you have a 3-month deadline, that's plenty of time to get organized). I was told they'd get back to me and then I was ghosted. Probably dodged a bullet.
