Three interviews that moved really quickly and then totally ghosted. Almost every interview the team member sounded unprepared and I had to prompt them to ask me questions. Kept saying I was “super qualified” for the job and seemed excited about my candidacy and then radio silence. For two interviews, the interviewers (two separate people) arrived 5 minutes late. If their internal recruitment practices are any indication of how they treat employees, i would stay away.
