Received called 5/14 to come in for a interview two days later. Interviewed with fourth people, hiring manager starts by telling me there is no right or wrong answer to the questions. I gave my answer to the first question, they seemed like it wasn’t good enough answer. Was asked around 20 questions but the questions had two/three questions inside of that question. At the end of the interview I asked why this position wasn’t listed as a university program manager (since I would be supervising someone) but only as an associate which would be less money but the same work, wasn’t any interest in properly paying me. Guess that explains why there is nearly 500 jobs open on there website.
