I applied online and was called to schedule an interview the same day.
The interview was very general, she reviewed my experience, set me up for additional testing and told me that I would receive a call later in the afternoon to schedule a follow-up interview with a manager for the Access department.
I did receive a call later in the afternoon to schedule the next interview.

Entrevista
I was called in for one interview and promised a second one but was never contacted. Every job I have applied for since then, no matter how qualified I am for the position, they don't even consider me. You have to be related to someone who does the hiring, or be a beautiful tall blonde to get a job here. If you aren't one or the other don't waste your time applying.

Entrevista
I applied online. My application was rejected until I was able to get an employee referral. You have to get your application flagged by a current employee for them to even look at your application I guess. Then there was a phone screen and they made me take a typing test I had to pass before I could set up an in person interview.
