I was referred by an active employee and the interview process was very easy. Human resources only asked me 3 questions. The entire interview only lasted tops 20 minutes. Within 3 days I had a job offer. But credentialing took some time. In total I'd say about 50 days from start to finish. One piece of advise stay on top of your paperwork. Medical staff is good but I can see things taking longer than it should if you are not proactive. Consider dropping your paper work off in person and avoid faxing. I never got emails back saying they received my materials sent. I always had to email them constantly. Otherwise very professional and it seems like they have the process stream lined.

it was simple and went well. just be yourself and you’ll be fine. they’re really understanding and will make you feel comfortable. they interview process was long but got the offer in the end
