A great and warm environment as i walked into the lobby. The first interview consisted of the interviewer talking to me mainly about the position and what was required. He also spoke about himself abit. I then went home and took the assessment on the computer whcih i wa being graded on and returned the week after to discuss the results.The second meeting was about myself and my profile and thoughts.The manager was extremely professional and made me feel at ease. I am returning for a 3rd time next week so im assuming thats a plus.

How many hours a week do u expect the manager to want you to work?
There were four or five interviews, if you count the meeting with my future mentor. There were also a few personality assessments. Lots of paperwork. The finance industry is tightly regulated.

The first interview was easygoing and went fairly well. We talked a little on myself and what northwestern was all about. Because they wanted to see how I could fit in to their team and what I would bring.

The process was smooth and straight forward. A lot of behavioral based questions, but relaxed and low stress. First phase is a phone screening followed by a teams or in person meeting.
