The HR calls you to ask questions and see if you qualify for another round - to meet with the hiring manager. If you pass you get the chance to meet with the hiring manager and their team. They ask you about yourself and then you may ask about the position. Some interviewers look so disinterested that your excitement about the position takes nosedive after few minutes into the interview.

Went well, then was completely ghosted. I just wanted a solid no answer, and in the interview I was told I would get that. I sent one follow up email to HR and never received a reply.

Entrevista
The interview process is not very lengthy depending on the department you are applying for. You do meet with several people to ensure that you are capable of handling all of the tasks that they will give to you. It was pretty laid back for the most part, although do come prepared with challenges that you have faced and know how to be a problem solver

There was an initial Zoom interview with the staff, followed by a final interview with the PI. Overall it was a pretty quick turn-around and not too difficult of an interview.
