I interviewed for Northwestern School of Law's social media director position in late 2023. Overall, the process was uninspiring and unprofessional. The team made no effort to be personable or warm, and all seemed to lack enthusiasm about their work at the Pritzker School of Law. After spending my personal time doing a 1:1 hiring manager interview, a panel interview, and putting together a portfolio for their review, I was told they'd reach out to me with next steps by early January. Instead, I was ghosted, even after reaching out to the hiring manager multiple times following up.
