I received an invitation from a recruiter for a 30 minute phone screening. The next day I spoke with the hiring manager for another 30 minute phone call. A week later, I had a Zoom interview with the hiring manager and another member of the team. All three interactions were positive. I also completed one assignment that took about 30 minutes to an hour. After submitting the assignment, I received one follow-up email informing me that interviews were still being conducted. I was never formally rejected for this position. Not surprising to see during my job search, but disappointing to say the least.
