First I got a an email asking to do an online test. Then I got a nice email about the test results and they would be in touch about next steps. Then, they later sent me a no thanks email from a NO REPLY address!! With no explanation. Very bad behavior.

They contacted me shortly after I applied, which is something that as I candidate you really appreciate and feel thankful. The next stage will be to take an online assesment.

1. FirstMind assessment (personality, etc), not that difficult 2. First screening interview with the HR basic questions like tell about yourself, really focused on your personality 3. Analytical Cognitive Raven Asessment - standard Raven Assessment, prepare before 4. Final Case Study Interview, followed by questions from senior team - Case Study on identifying various suppliers and finding the best one.

1. Application form 2. Personality test 3. Phone Call Did the application process and 2 months later got a request for a personality test. Completed it and then another 2 months passed before I was contacted to ask for a phone call. Bit of a strange timeline given they said they were hiring immediately. Got on the phone with one of their "Founders" who quizzed me as to why the business I had built in the creative sector wasn't on Linkedin. This seemed to be a real point of contention for him as being the only way to identify if a business is real... Anyways the rest of the call was straightforward with general competency questions around why the skills match the job etc. Was told I would hear back by end of week. Waited another month before I got a boilerplate rejection. Asked for feedback and nothing was given. Overall, the interview itself was straightforward and after asking questions I realised I probably wasn't the right fit for the job anyways in terms of culture and skills they needed but would've been a better process if they could keep to their timeline and give you feedback after the call.

It was a 20 minutes time interview by phone call. The recruiter was so nice and just asked about my experiences, my life, studies, hobbies, plannings, time I could work etc

The interview process was easy. I did 2 interviews. the first interview was behavioural and the guy interviewing was reading the questions that he was asking. He asked like 20 questions in 30 min and didn't even wait for me to finish but rather ask the next question.

Worst Interview in my whole career so far! Dreadful can only describe it and thats being generous. It started well interview with director which went well, he was a nice chap but young and inexperienced. I then came to their tiny cupboard like office in Mayfair, clearly the company has issues with money. I met the director who was fine and was told to do a presentation which I did over 2hrs. I presented it to the CEO who was an utter fool, I decided to withdraw from the interview process as I knew the company was heading south. They didnt even bother to ask for my feedback or give me additional feedback, poor form from a pauper place to work.

Unbelievably unprofessional company. I am genuinely surprised that they are able to raise real money from real investors and afford the rent of their (very nice) Mayfair office. They invited me in for interview and made it clear at the very beginning they would not hire me. They then proceeded to psycho-analyse me for almost two hours which felt intrusive and a massive waste of time. It's been four months since then and I have not heard anything from them. If you come into contact with these guys, keep your dignity and don't waste your time.

It will definitely test your skills and knowledge but veey fun. Interviewers are very accommodating and giving you the spirit as one of the team that makes you more determined in pursuing your applications.

Their recruitment process seemed unprofessional - I was interviewed by their intern. The pay was very low (as an indication, it would just cover your transport costs in London) and the company is not established; despite their sophisticated website, they do not have a solid pipeline. In addition, I would really question the investor base. If you consider applying to this company, I advise to take into account the reviews on Glassdoor. Even tough they seem funny, they do not lie. But of course, you can find that yourself once you go through the interview.
