Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 meses. Fui entrevistado pela Ntara em nov. de 2021
Entrevista
Applied through LinkedIn and was contacted by the hiring manager who asked me to also apply on the website. I went through the process again on their site and got a call from their hiring manager. Scheduled an interview which lasted about an hour back in November. The call seemed to go very well and I was told I'd hear back in 1-2 weeks when the hiring manager returned from being out of the country. I sent a thank you immediately following the interview (no response at that point). Waited more than the allotted time and followed up. No response. Waited more time and followed up again. Got a short response that things were still in limbo and I'd hear back after the first of the year. Here we are edging towards the end of January and still nothing, no next steps, no "we've gone with someone else" ...nada. Whether the recruiting manager is overloaded, or they're not getting what they need from the hiring manager, or they're keeping people on ice as backup options, or the corporate culture simply encourages ghosting... I'm not sure. Regardless, the process was frustrating, rude, and a huge waste of time. Guessing this is indicative of the company's overall philosophy, so I likely dodged a bullet here.

Tons of "on a scale of 1 to 10, how well do you know ____" and then some weird questions that I guess were thrown in to see if the applicant can handle the unexpected.
