Entrevista
fairly typical retail interview, with a strong emphasis on customer interaction. They explored my experience in customer service, specifically how I'd manage potentially difficult situations. There were also some questions aimed at gauging my basic product knowledge, and of course, they needed to confirm my availability, particularly for weekend shifts. Standard retail expectations, really.

Entrevista
Easy, one round of interviewing with store manager and a telephone screening. More informal and friendly than anything. Asked about previous experiences and general strengths and weaknesses. Best to show personality and enthusiasm for customer service

Entrevista
First recruitment level is via telephone screening
Next, a first interview with recruiter and/or area manager
Final interview with the hiring manager
Thereafter, Psychometric testing
Two reference checks as minimum will be done, even with overseas references
Matching the Company culture is the main focus and it pays to research the culture and values before applying
Interview questions are behavior based and applicants should come prepared with examples. Make sure its genuine though as experienced managers will check for this. Vague or incredible answers will lead to a swift end to the interview.
