Applied through 3rd party recruiter, screened with them, then screened with OWC HR, then with hiring manager. A good experience interviewing, we talked about my background, my work projects, why I am seeking a new role, what the role at OWC will entail, and how my experience fits that need. I was never asked any leetcode style coding questions, just a system level design question where they described the first project they had in mind for the role, and I gave a detailed description of how I would implement that system. Also, the hiring manager asked detailed technical followup questions about the projects I implemented.
