I had the interviews by Skype and phone since I am an overseas candidate. 1. Phone screening by HR. 2. Online Aptitude test. ( English language, Math and IQ test ) ( I wanted to give up during the test since I don't like it. But I thought to myself "Just be patient and give it a try." ) 3. Interview by Product Development manager. 4. Interview by a technical guy. 5. Interview by another Product Development manager and Vice president of product. The next day after the 5th interview the HR told me I have passed the interviews and let me to wait for a while. After a week, I inquired of the real state from her and she told me that Objective was inquiring my working eligibility in Australia. After another whole week, she told me that the position was filled and asked me whether I would like to consider another front end position of another team. After five days I attended another technical interview. The interviewer was an English located in London. This gentleman lacks some patience. He interrupted me for several times when I was answering his questions, then changed to other questions. He was very picky on some silly easy questions and kept on digging into it. His tones gradually made me feel unwelcome. This is one of the most frustrating and unhappiest interviews I have ever had.
