I had an initial phone conversation with a member of the SMT and then a face to face interview with the MD of my division and my manager. HR also joined the process.

Stage 1: 30 minute call with Director of Operations (appeared to be doing the hiring). Stage 2: 1 hour in-person interview with Head of People & Culture and COO. Applied through their website. Communication was fairly quick, had the in-person 2 days after the call. Disappointingly, I didn't receive any communication after the in-person interview, despite chasing.
