There was a lot of focus on who I am as a person and the sort of culture I like. It was very clear this is something they care about as an organisation. Also make sure you know what the company does as this shows you are actually interested in what our values are.
I had an initial phone conversation with a member of the SMT and then a face to face interview with the MD of my division and my manager. HR also joined the process.

Entrevista
Stage 1: 30 minute call with Director of Operations (appeared to be doing the hiring).
Stage 2: 1 hour in-person interview with Head of People & Culture and COO.
Applied through their website. Communication was fairly quick, had the in-person 2 days after the call.
Disappointingly, I didn't receive any communication after the in-person interview, despite chasing.
