The initial stage of the interview was a 30-minute video call. The interviewer was very kind and approachable. She asked me about my reasons for applying to Oddbox, how I approach managing projects, how I handle feedback, and whether the salary range was acceptable to me.

First stage via video call, conversation with HR Manager. Questions were generic and quick. Little interest in my experience, scripted questions. No response or feedback for weeks. Generic decline email sent almost a month after initial interview.
