I was interviewed before a panel of 3 individuals, it was slightly intimidating, but the interviewers were very pleasant. The office, as well as the interview had an overall casual atmosphere. Due to a miscommunication between the staffing agency and HR at Offshore Inland, I was sent to the wrong office and this caused a bit of a delay which would have made me late for the interview had I not left extremely early. The Pensacola office (not shipyard) is hard to locate, so take extra time to get there.
