Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Okta (Toronto, ON).
Entrevista
Really bad. Started off with OA that was 4 hours (done in around 2.5-3). A few days later followed up with a phone interview. After that, got an invitation a day later to a final round of interview that was 2.5 hours with 3 people. I realized that I was interviewing with the wrong team (wanted to do backend SWE but somehow put me into a data science team), so I emailed the recruiter to ask about changing the team. The recruiter ghosted me for two weeks and the interview went on. I felt like I did really well after the interview (one of the teammates even said they were looking forward to seeing me on the team), but still got rejected. Recruiters were totally non-responsive and bad at communicating.

NDA signed, can not disclose, but basic algorithm questions
First round was a conding round with easy to medium questions.we need solve in 70 min.then shortlisted people need to go for in person interview in vellore . Then there would be 2-3 technical interviews and one managerial interview.
I didn’t pass the OA, so I didn’t get an interview. The OA had two questions, categorized as easy and medium, but there were no test cases, so I had to dry run them myself. I only realized last night that I had made a mistake.
Candidatei-me de outra forma. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Okta (San Francisco, CA) em out. de 2023
Entrevista
Not including the OA, I had three rounds with 4 interviewers. First round was a basic phone screen. Second round was a technical. Third Round was two parts, first a technical, then a talk with the hiring manager. Process took about 2 weeks and recruiters were very helpful and responsive.

Phone Screen was generic behavioral questions. Technicals were Leetcode mediums, dfs/bfs graph traversal. In the last behavioral we just talked about some of my projects and past experiences
