Four interviews: one with the hiring manager, two technicals and one with the director of the department.
After the interviews, that happen very quickly, they ghosted me for more than two weeks and only after a few emails from my side they told me that they decided to go with someone internal.

Biased Interview Director only hiring from his previous team and the process or posting is namesake. At the end Hired a former teammate for the staff security engineer position. The Management seems to be keeping things to the people they like to work making the recruitment biased and unfair.
