Phone screen with HR, Zoom meeting with two managers, a take home assignment (unpaid), and a presentation panel interview with two managers, head of the department, and a team member. There was a bit of disorganization from the get go. I had to follow up a lot to get information. The head of the department didn't show up to the final round interview, which is strange considering this person would be my main boss. The lack of interest in meeting me was off-putting. Then, after following up to get info on my status, I immediately received a rejection email, which was clearly a template because certain pieces of the email were left blank that the recruiter couldn't even be bothered to fill in. If I hadn't followed up, I would have for sure been ghosted. I probably dodged a bullet.

There were three rounds. Recruiter, Hiring Manager, and the third round had 3 individual interviews (30 minutes each over 90 minutes total) with a peer and two other managers from the division.
