The process never started. I got an email to schedule a 30 mins interview call as they were interested in my profile and wanted to discuss more about the opportunity. I scheduled a call for interview. it was HR round. The HR person called me 8 mins late with zero interest in knowing my profile and bothering to tell me about the opportunity. He hardly talked with me for 4 mins out of 30 mins. Asked me some wired questions.. 1. Are you currently UNEMPLOYED?? - he didn't listen to my answer : NO I AM IN MY JOB SEARCH PHASE as I recently completed my Masters degree. 2. You don't need sponsorship in as you have H4 EAD visa, so are you MARRIED? -what's the relation of asking it for QA Analyst position. it was unethical and rude. After this question he just hang up the call!!!
