Interviewing with Omnicell went very smoothly and efficiently. The entire staff were great at keeping me informed and at explaining all aspects of the role. The phone screening process was quick and thoughtful with all important info such as reporting and benefits delivered upfront. Technical interviews were done via Zoom and were well handled allowing for good interaction for feeling each other out. When informed there was a competing offer, Omnicell excelled at communicating and working with me to find the best path forward.
