1. Online Test: I got a call back after 3 weeks of appearing for the test.
2. Telephonic: It was an average interview. Asked some basic interview. After clear, they asked d for face to face interview.
3. Machin Test: it was 3 hours task to about visitor management system. I completed it in 2 and a half hours.
4. IQ and MCQ test: It is one hour for both.
5. Hr discussion: It is about salary and hr related questions.
After completed all this, there were 2 rounds of interviews left which were supposed to happen on skype.
6. TL and Hr head round: - It was skype round but it did not go well because of internet problems. After 3 days, I got a call to come to face to face because the interview was not well and they want to come face to face. I agree with this and went to there office. There asked some tricky questions and it was over went well.
7. India Head: - It was overall good. He just asked me some questions about my responsibility and interview process, Hr behavior and how do you handle pressure in the past.
After all this interview, they put my result on hold, I discussed the same with HR
they told me a creepy excuse and after that, she stopped replying to my email.
How can they do this to anyone?
At least they can give genuine feedback. A person who came for an interview with a lot of hope especially if you asked to come second time for face to face .
I will not recommend anyone for this firm and also I know that people are in need of change or job but please confirm all things prior.
They are not doing things in a professional way.
