I was contacted directly by OneReach for a role and promptly completed the initial interview. Despite following up afterward to request feedback or a status update, I received no response, no closure, no courtesy, no acknowledgment.
This kind of ghosting, especially after outreach initiated by the company, is discourteous and reflects a lack of empathy and poor communication standards.
Interview processes are a reflection of company culture, and in this case, it raises valid concerns about leadership maturity and attitude towards people in general.
Unfortunately, this aligns with several of the negative reviews I’ve seen here. It’s disappointing to see that those concerns remain valid today.
Candidates invest time and effort, the least they deserve is a respectful closeout.
