30min Skype interview. Very smooth process and the interviewers are really nice. Standard interview procedure: brief intro of what they’re doing -> walk through resume & why this position -> 1 or 2 basic behaviour questions (depends on what kind of skills they are looking for. In my case, it’s the flexibility) -> a scenario analysis (more about your thought process and certain level of understanding of the industry) -> question. The waiting time (for their decision) could take a while, but overall I quite enjoy the whole process.
