Recruiter intake, had a call with the recruiter, which focused on why they were interested in my application and the history of the group and details on the role itself.
A rigorous interview process was conducted, incorporating initial screening and comprehensive hiring manager evaluation to assess cultural alignment, core competencies, and role suitability before progressing candidates further. In addition I didnt get much more information about next steps.
