Entrevista
I was screened by the recruiter who said it was a top priority position for them to fill. The screen went well and she said she wanted to move me to the next round. Then ghosted me for a month. Then gave me a homework assignment. Then ghosted. Eventually had two interviews. Neither person had reviewed the assignment I did, and both told me that. The first interview went very well. On the second interview, I got the impression in the first few minutes that the person had no interest in me being hired and was going through the motions.

Entrevista
Process needs attention. Interviewers are rushed and frequently late. Recruiting seems to have created fatigue amongst staff, who display varied interest levels. This is telling of the culture behind the scenes. Held in limbo at the final stage for weeks. Decisions do seem to be fair. However personal contacts/associations trump and is the best route for hire. Recruitment team are the most professional members you speak to.
