Interview process was lackluster, followed by a complete lack of communication. Recruiter rescheduled phone screening 2 minutes after the call was supposed to have started. Interviewed with two peers and the hiring manager. After final interview, there was very little communication other than “We should know more in a week or two”. Nearly 5 weeks after final interview, and after an additional follow up email to the recruiter, it turns out the role has changed and “best of luck”. Very frustrating experience.
