Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Optiver.
Entrevista
The interview starts with a software engineering Hackerrank test which costs me 8 hours. The question is simple, but it demands a lot of engineering design, documentation and testing which it easily takes you 10+ hours. Then it comes to HR interview; it's just a casual chat on why you want to leave and what you wanted to do. I was warned by my recruiter that a lot of people fail this stage, and I also failed this stage. I evaluated myself didn't speak anything wrong (nothing badmouthing existing employer, legitimate and genuine reasons to leave, appropriately ambitious career goals but not too aggressive) but looks like they have their own unknown criteria that they are looking for.
So... 8 hours was wasted on the software engineering test. Why don't you do HR chats first before asking me to spend this amount of time?

Give the edges of a tree, convert it to a pre-order transversal output.
A bit anxiety inducing, there were two developers observing and asking questions. Real-time problem solving required, conducted on Hacker Rank virtually, video and mic enabled - quite nervewracking to say the least
I had one round, which was an online HackerRank test. I wasn’t able to pass all the test cases, and as a result, I did not progress to the next stage of the process.
A lot of interviews. Started off with a call, then some online tests. Then a technical interview. Then a live coding interview along with a architecture interview. Last step would have been final day interview but I did not get that far.

How many bits do you need to store a number up to X. And how can you represent that.
