5 rounds of interview process including Group discussion followed by personal interview where in you were asked to sell a product of your choice describing it's features and try to convince the customer to buy the product and then they provide feedback on your performance with suggestions if required

first round was basic communication round, but the next round, they are asking us to give whole day, don't know if they are going to provide with the day's pay.
