after 1 week had a first 45 minutes phone interview with the recruiter
after 1 week had a phone interview with the hiring manager (sales simulation)
Invited to Dublin HQ for the final stage for a face2face interview with hiring manager (they paid flight and hotel)
Not selected because I had a marketing background and they preferred a more sales focused one.
Final decision not notified by the agreed date (5 days after that)
Anyway, my feedback about their hiring process was very good:I'd say 8 in a 1-10 scale

3 rounds of interview. One with HR, one with direct manager and one with hiring manager. More or less got to answer the same questions like your job experience, what can you value add to the team and what’s your goals for the next three to five years.
