2 round of detailed interview with HR & Business Head of the unit hiring. The interviewers are HR Manager & Business Director level. Very senior and seasoned people. Generally there is a written test which is normal aptitute test followed by HR screening and then the Final round with the Director. Upon successful selection, they send you the offer on email and call to inform you. For any issues or further negotiations you can write back to them.
