The Technical interview was intense, I enjoyed it. The HR interview went totally unprofessional starting from the appointment time itself. There is a big question mark on the HR process at Orange. The HR representative questions was suspecting the technical team at orange itself which is horrible. HR representative I met seems have no idea how to deal with experienced candidates doing childish attitude of not giving attention to the interviewee and trying to make a problem to check the attitude during frustration, if work environment heat level reaches that level that means Orange has a bad culture which I don’t think. Anyway if you have an HR interview with Orange take care, you are may hit the rude one I met.
