Coding round – Unfortunately, I let my nerves get the best of me during the behavioral aspect, which impacted my performance, even though I managed to complete the coding challenge. Despite not making it through, I have nothing but positive things to say about the team and their culture. They clearly value their engineers, treating them as first-class citizens—which is rare in today’s industry. I would love to get another shot at the process in the future, and I highly recommend Ordergroove to any engineers looking for a solid, well-run interview experience.
