I had two interviews, two days apart. The interviewer wanted to do interviews the same day she contacted me. I wanted to appear flexible so I agreed. I thought the interviews went well. I never heard anything back one way or another which was disappointing. I wrote a follow-up e-mail which wasn't responded to.

Initial interview with the PI, Senior Research Associate, or Lab Manager. General introductions of myself, what the lab does/purpose, and roles. Secondary interview included seeing the lab space and meeting the members.

There was first an interview with the PI over the phone with a few basic questions about the position, then an interview with team members over webex delving into what is expected, projects, and diversty + equity. Relatively communicative throughout.

Entrevista
Met with professor via video call followed by unpaid visit to the lab (which required travel). Messages were exchanged via email only. I’d assume this varies depending on who you’re looking to work with.
