Phone interview with HR recruiter firsts then offered an in-person interview with the hiring manager. The HR recruiter asked most of the questions like "What do you know about the company?" and "Where do you see yourself in five years?" The phone call was roughly 20 minutes. The in-person interview was about 45 minutes, however, the hiring manager did most of the talking and asked one or two questions throughout the interview.
