I was interviewed by several people on the team who were all lovely. They seemed genuinely happy to meet me and passionate about the company's mission and growth. That said, parts of the interview with very informal, and several people inferred that I had the job and made statements leading me to believe I was the top candidate, so it came as a surprise when I didn't get the job.
