No interview but they asked you to complete an assessment to join. You will immediately be emailed right after you apply to complete the process and it does not take long.

There really wasn't one, other than submitting a resume online. It said that higher education could put you into a higher pay bracket, but my education was never checked as far as I know. The process seemed too easy and the orientation/onboarding was a bunch of videos that weren't all that easy to understand. I accepted the offer, but ultimately left shortly after because I felt the whole process was a little sketchy and after doing some digging it seemed that a lot of people weren't getting paid after starting. I then wasn't sure if it was even a real company or not.
