The 3D2N camp is the hard one to go through because it’s very tiring and you barely can get enough rest. Panel interview afterwards is easier compared to the camp itself.

Very tough, no handphones allowed, can't take it. But very enjoyable also, can take it as a gym session. The interviewer ratio is 2:1, with 20 to 30 interviewers interviewing 10 candidates.
