You're interviewed by a panel of four where they alternate, each asking a specific question in relation to my job history. Also, they ask about if you are willing to work in a rotating shift ( days/swing/graveyard shift) where they change on a weekly basis.

One of the HR managers called me from US and had interview for over 30 minutes. They asked me several questions to determine my leadership, safety overview and team work spirit

Entrevista
First screening interview, basic questions and going over resume. Second interview with plant leader over the phone much the same just a bit more detailed. Third in-person interview some roll playing, tried to tie my experience into the position. Then a fourth interview with more leadership, much the same roll playing and explaining my resume. Then a fifth interview with HR leader with some more basic questions. About a month long process very detailed and felt like I was “behind” the whole time.
