I applied online and was contacted via email for a phone screen. The phone screen didn't last long because I wasn't what they were looking for. The Recruiter was using the microwave the entire time though. Door open, chirps of buttons, microwave running, timer going off, microwave door opening. I know a lot of us are working remotely right now but it would be more professional to mute the phone if you're using the microwave, better yet, wait until you're off the call.
