Pretty fair and simple interview with others candidates in the same room.

Experience with big projects. How well do you do in fast paced environment.
Great interview. Met with both managers. Talked to people from different plants. It was a good experience overall. No complaints. I would recommend this company to anyone. They have stopped doing the panel questions where you meet your competition.
