There was only one interview and I was questioned by a panel of three members of the PPS team. The questions were mainly behavioral and questions testing my knowledge of lean manufacturing or other methodologies. The questions were not just asked looking for answers, but rather introductions to begin topic discussions. Having a technical background assisted, however what they were looking for was an enthusiastic learner rather than a lean expert.
