The interview process was great, was made to feel relaxed. Two interviewers. Straightforward. Questions posed around the different roles and different situations what would I do. The laws and guidelines that cover such roles such as care act mental health act.

Relaxed conversation with questions on values and work experience. Laid back and personable. I was able to ask my own questions and get a feel for the role, the team and the charity.
