Character Assessment Test followed by face to face interview. I was asked various questions related to my background, education and technical knowledge. The interview went on for about 30 minutes or so, and it was very engaging and insightful.

Entrevista
It was great. Absolutely as per the job title. Was interviewed by the HODs Marketing & Sales & the head of Post Sales. They made me extremely comfortable, as I was a bit nervous with the figures & calculations as it forms an integral part of post sales.

Pathetic!!
The interview board truly lacked hiring qualities. Didn't have the capability to churn out the best from an interviewee. Didn't even ask to sit though a couple of minutes had passed after I entered to room. Stood still in surprise.
I'm sure no HR was present in the board since everyone was asking technical questions and two of them were literally bullying. One of the guys who was leading the board was a proud brat. He even started talking rude to another member in the middle of the process.
Was so shocked that instantly decided not to join even if got selected.
I got vibes that they were predetermined not to recruit me. The reason is unknown to me.
