Process was quite easy, and little to no pressure. I exchanged a few emails back and forth about the position, and my experience as it related to the position. We later set up an on site visit with V.P. of Purchasing/HR/President. Each with their own list of questions: feeling out my experience/personality for the position and fit with the company.
